Our Story

Built from the truck up.

Michael Orsi founded Eagle Eye Contracting in 2019, taking Craigslist jobs out of a beat up F-150 and turning steady, hard work into a full-scale property management company.

Still close to the work.

Mike Orsi built Eagle Eye from small jobs and truck work into a property management operation, and he still stays tied into the field side of the business.

Company

From small jobs to serious property work.

Eagle Eye Contracting started the hard way: one job at a time, one customer at a time, with Michael Orsi loading tools into an old F-150 and chasing down whatever work needed to get done. No big launch, no polished pitch. Just calls, Craigslist gigs, long days, and a standard that kept getting sharper.

Mike grew up in Walpole, MA and built the company with the kind of work ethic that does not leave much room for excuses. What started as small property jobs has grown into a full-scale property management and contracting operation handling renovations, rehabs, cleanouts, dumpster rentals, removals, exterior repairs, turnover work, and the rough jobs that keep properties moving.

Even with the company bigger now, Mike is still hands-on. He stays close to operations, keeps an eye on the work, and is not above jumping into the field or driving the big rigs when the job calls for it. That matters because Eagle Eye is not run from a distance. The person who built it still knows what the work looks like on the ground.

Outside the business, Mike is a family guy who keeps a low profile and values time with his family, his girlfriend Jackie, and his dog Sunny. That side of him does not soften the company; it explains it. The business was built to be dependable, direct, and strong enough to handle real property problems without turning every job into a production.
